Liverpool emerged as the big winners in the Premier League title race on Sunday after Arsenal and Manchester City both dropped points.
Jurgen Klopp‘s side moved to the top of the table after their win against Brighton and Hove Albion yesterday. Arsenal’s draw at the Etihad meant they dropped down to second.
Just three points separate Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City at the top of the table, and it looks like it will go down to the wire.
It’s hard to call who will win the Premier League title now, but Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer and Micah Richards have all just revealed their predictions.
Gary Lineker predicts who will win the Premier League – Arsenal, Liverpool or Manchester City
We have a three-horse race for the Premier League title for the first team in years.
Manchester City are probably still the favourites despite being three points off Liverpool at the top of the table, but Jurgen Klopp’s men are really pushing as well.
Arsenal have shown incredible resilience too this season, and their magnificent defensive performance at the Etihad proves that they’re not going anywhere.
The next nine games are going to be a fascinating watch, and we have no idea who will go all the way and lift the title in May.
Gary Lineker, Micah Richards and Alan Shearer made their predictions on the Rest is Football podcast after watching the draw at the Etihad on Sunday.
Shearer said: “I’m not changing my mind. I’ve not seen anything drastic to change my mind, Sticking with City!”
Richards, who is a Manchester City ambassador, added: “We’re sticking, we’re not twisting. I agree with Alan!”
Lineker had a different opinion. He said: “I’ve stuck throughout with Arsenal and I’m going to stick with them.”
Then, suggesting that Liverpool could actually win it, Lineker said: I’ve got a slight feeling all three of us might be wrong.”
Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City’s remaining fixtures compared

The three clubs’ remaining fixtures are very interesting.
We must say that Arsenal have the toughest run in, while Manchester City have a few tricky fixtures too.
Liverpool, however, should be happy with what’s ahead of them – we think they are now the favourites to win the Premier League title based on the remaining fixtures.
