After Liverpool’s loss to Brentford, several Liverpool supporters vented their annoyance at Gary Neville‘s antics.
In the Premier League game on Monday night, the Reds were heavily defeated 3-1. Liverpool was defeated by goals from Yoane Wissa, Bryan Mbeumo, and an own goal by Ibrahima Konate.
With his team behind 2-0, Jurgen Klopp also made three substitutions at the break. Joel Matip, Andy Robertson, and Naby Keita took the place of Virgil van Dijk, Kostas Tsimikas, and Harvey Elliott.
After the full-time whistle, Brentford’s players and fans began euphoric celebrations.
Sky Sports pundits Neville and Micah Richards appeared to join in with the home fans’ enjoyment.
Neville could be heard off-camera singing along when “Hey Jude” by The Beatles began playing over the tannoy at the Brentford stadium. Due to this, numerous Liverpool supporters vented their dissatisfaction on social media:
